TANE runs on as little data as possible. By default everything stays on your device.

what we collect

Without an account, nothing is sent to a server — your garden, soil and settings live in your browser's localStorage. Only if you sign in do we receive your email and display name from the provider you chose (Google, Discord, Apple). If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep the email you enter to send the daily bloom, and you can ask us to remove it anytime.

analytics

Only with your consent do we collect anonymous usage data (PostHog). No personally identifying information. It is off by default, on only if you accept the banner, and you can withdraw anytime.

third parties

Music selection uses Audius; hosting uses Cloudflare and Vercel. We do not use cookies. Playing a track contacts Audius.

your rights

You can delete your data anytime — clear your browser's localStorage, or delete your account from settings if you have one.

children

This service is not directed at children under 13.
